Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your mobile massage session. We accept various secure payment methods to ensure a seamless transaction before our arrival at your preferred location.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your session at no additional cost up to 12 hours before your appointment time. Rescheduling requests within 12 hours are treated as late cancellations.
No-Show Policy
If you are not present at the specified location within 15 minutes of the appointment start time, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows are charged the full session amount and are non-refundable.
